Mixed feelings despite technical successes

Three years after the signing of the Paris Agreement, the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) met in Katowice, Poland. In addition to presenting the results of the global Talanoa Dialogue, the aim was to adopt a set of rules for the goals agreed upon in Paris. The objectives of the conference were achieved.
