All digital offerings will be run via Zoom Events for which a separate registration with Zoom is required. All registered participants will receive a registration link and further information shortly before the conference. To ensure that everything runs smoothly during the conference, we recommend the following:

  • Test the functionality of your devices and software early.
  • Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. If your WiFi connection is weak, consider using a LAN cable.
  • Use a headset or alternatively devices with audio output and input. A webcam would be helpful, but is not a prerequisite.
  • Update your browser.
  • For the general assembly, you may want to use a second screen or mobile phone in addition to your computer for the online voting.

The online participants of the General Assembly can take part in the voting via the online tool Votebox. The access information will be sent to all participants shortly before the General Assembly. All further information can be found in this quick guide for Votebox.

CAIC22 Corona Safety Recommendations

The COVID-19 pandemic situation remains dynamic. In order to reduce the risk of infection onsite, we are counting on all involved to act responsibly and show solidarity. We thus would like to remind you of the following safety measures and are grateful for your support:

  • Try to keep a distance of at least 1.5m whenever possible
  • Wear a surgical or preferably an FFP2 mask over your mouth and nose
  • Pay attention to proper hand hygiene and sneezing etiquette

As a preventive measure, we advise you to apply all measures to reduce the risk of infection. In addition, the organisation team will regularly ventilate all conference rooms during the event and provide for sufficient disinfection facilities. A limited number of Covid-19 rapid tests and surgical masks will also be available for voluntary use at the reception.

Participants with symptoms of a cold or signs of respiratory illness are kindly urged not to come to the conference.
