EU Sustainable Energy Week
Accelerating the clean energy transition – towards lower bills and greater skills
The EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) is the biggest event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe. This year’s edition will include a policy conference on the topics of energy efficiency, affordability and inclusion and decarbonisation, the EUSEW Awards, an Energy Fair as well as the European Youth Energy Day.
Climate Alliance is again part of EUSEW and present with a number of activities:
- 20 June, 14:30 – 16:00: Policy session “Human capacity for the energy and climate transition: what is needed at the local level?”
- 21 June: 14:30 – 16:00 Policy session “Social reskilling: measures to combat local energy poverty”
- 21 June, 16:30 – 18:00: Policy session “Tackling energy poverty through national building renovation plans“
- 22 June, 16:00 – 17:30: Policy session “The energy transition champions of Central and Eastern Europe”
- 20 – 22 June: Stand at the Energy Fair “Engaging SMEs for Change”

EUSEW is open to international organisations, university associations, national and local authorities, professional associations, NGOs working in the field of sustainable development, consumer associations, research organisations, EU-funded projects, EU institutions, and more.
