Open Days 2021: experience the Passive House

Passive houses actively contribute to climate protection and play an important role in the energy transition. Between 5 and 7 November 2021, passive house residents will open their doors and share their experiences. Visitors can learn about energy efficient buildings and that building a passive house or retrofitting with passive house components is worthwhile. Some open houses and buildings will even have professionals on hand with the knowledge and tools to explain the technical details of Passive House projects.

All participating passive houses as well as the associated visit information and conditions will be published online at www.passivehouse-database.org. This list will be updated shortly before the event. The 2021 International Passive House Open Days will be a hybrid event, with tours, Q&As, panel discussions and other offerings taking place in-person or online depending on the region and current COVID-19 status.

Climate Alliance supports this event as part of the outPHit consortium. The EU project develops solutions for cost-effective and fast retrofits in the EnerPHit energy standard according to passive house principles.
