Getting there

The main conference venue is the "Palais im Park" in Cologne's Flora, a historic building in the centre of the Botanical Gardens.

Travelling by public transport
The Flora is well-connected to public transport options and can be reached from the Cologne Central Station, for example, in about 10 minutes with tram lines 16 and 18. The Flora is served by:

• Tram line 18 (direction Slabystr.) to the "Zoo/Flora" stop
• Tram line 16 (direction Niehl Sebastianstraße) to the "Kinderkrankenhaus" stop
• Bus line 140 to the "Zoo/Flora" stop

Travelling by car
Follow the signs in the direction of "Flora/Zoo". Please note that the Flora itself does not have its own car park. You will find paid public parking spaces nearby "Unter der Zoobrücke" or in the "Parkhaus am Zoo".

Registration onsite

The registration desk is located in the entrance area of the "Palais im Park" in Cologne's Flora. The registration desk will be open on Wednesday, 9 July 2025, as of 12:00 and Thursday, 10 July 2025, as of 9:00.

• A cloakroom is available in the entrance area (opposite the registration desk).
• Free Wifi is available in the Flora. You will receive the access data at the registration desk.
• The entire building and outdoor area of Cologne's Flora is barrier-free. Accessible toilets are located in the entrance area.
