New report on the current state of play of national adaptation action plans published
On 24 October, the European Environment Agency published a report on the current situation of national climate adaptation measures in EU member states. The information is based on information provided by EU member states this year. Climate Alliance was significantly involved in the preparation of the publication in the framework of the ETC-CA project.
The report can be understood as an extension of the EEA report "Advancing towards climate resilience in Europe -Status of reported national adaptation actions in 2021". It showcases more recent figures and tables of climate-related hazards, vulnerability and risks, adaptation policies and priorities, adaptation governance, implementation and financing as well as monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
The report is now available online in English.
